Allen & Tatem DDS has been providing dental services to our neighbors in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and the surrounding communities since 2003. Our services include cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, partials and emergency care – even some root canals and non-surgical extractions can be performed in our office. Our practice is OSHA & HIPAA compliant and we participate in most plans by PPO insurance companies.
